Sapri lies in the NE part of Gulf of Policastro; it is a small town with most of its charm lying in the bay and its surroundings. It is not the most spectacular part of the coast, but in case of necessity the harbour is sheltered in any condition. To the N of the harbour there are two pontoons for yachts (Molo S. Giorgio and Base Nautica Mandola).
